Brand Registration
Vaiza Zone offers official Brand Registration for legally operating businesses that want to sell with enhanced credibility and premium features on our global multi-vendor marketplace powered by Scarfaze and Digiboost. Brand registration requires a one-time payment and complete business verification.
All applicants must provide accurate and authentic business details, including legal company information and supporting documents. Fake, misleading, or incomplete information will result in rejection. Vaiza Zone reserves the right to review, verify, read, update, or ban any brand account at its discretion to maintain platform integrity and trust.
Vaiza Zone provides three brand plans, each offering different features and promotional advantages. Full plan details are available on the Brand Registration page. Businesses may upgrade their plan at any time to access additional benefits and advanced tools.
If you select Easypaisa, bank transfer, or any manual payment gateway, payment must be completed within 12 hours. Failure to complete payment within this time frame may result in automatic rejection of your application.
Once payment is confirmed, brand approval typically takes 1 to 2 business days for verification. Applicants will be notified by email regarding approval status. If the brand application is not approved, the payment will be refunded. However, once a brand is approved, the payment becomes non-refundable.
The brand logo submitted must be legally approved for commercial use. If the logo was created using AI tools or third-party design services, you must hold full commercial rights. Vaiza Zone will not be responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from unauthorized logo usage; the brand owner will bear full responsibility.
All business and personal information provided during brand registration is handled securely and used strictly for verification and platform operations. Vaiza Zone implements appropriate security practices to protect submitted data.
Brand accounts must continue to follow all marketplace rules, seller policies, and legal regulations. Violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of brand status may lead to suspension or permanent removal without refund.
