Sellers on Vaiza Zone operate under a subscription-based system. Weekly, monthly, or yearly plans must be purchased and renewed on time to maintain selling privileges. Failure to renew a subscription may result in account restrictions or suspension until payment is completed.
All content, product listings, and transactions conducted on the platform must comply with applicable laws and marketplace rules. The sale of counterfeit, illegal, harmful, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Vaiza Zone may remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these standards.
Vaiza Zone acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. While we strive to maintain quality and security, we are not directly responsible for product quality, seller performance, or transaction disputes between users, except where required by law.
All subscription payments, service fees, and platform charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accounts suspended due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds of any kind.
Vaiza Zone may monitor platform activity to detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior. We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently ban accounts that engage in activities harmful to the platform or its users.
The platform, its design, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without authorization.
Vaiza Zone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
