Vaiza Zone is committed to transparency regarding subscriptions, purchases, and platform services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments may or may not be refunded for sellers and buyers on our global multi-vendor marketplace powered by Scarfaze and Digiboost.

All seller subscription fees, whether weekly, monthly, or yearly, are strictly non-refundable. If a seller account is suspended, restricted, or banned due to policy violations, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Buyers who purchase products from sellers on Vaiza Zone are encouraged to review the seller’s terms, product details, and delivery commitments. Vaiza Zone acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not directly control the product or its shipping, except in cases where platform rules or policies are violated.

Refunds for product purchases may only be processed in accordance with the specific seller’s policy and Vaiza Zone platform guidelines. Any disputes must be reported promptly through the support system to allow review and resolution. Vaiza Zone reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate policies, are submitted late, or involve fraudulent claims.

Users are not entitled to refunds for canceled subscriptions, unused subscription periods, or payments made in advance. All payments are considered final unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Vaiza Zone reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using Vaiza Zone, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the limitations and non-refundable nature of subscriptions and other payments.
