Welcome to Vaiza Zone, a global multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace powered by Scarfaze and Digiboost. This Seller Policy explains the rules, responsibilities, and operational standards that apply to all sellers using the platform. By registering as a seller, you agree to provide accurate information during account creation and understand that Vaiza Zone may verify identity, contact details, and business information before granting full selling access.

Vaiza Zone operates on a subscription-based selling model. Sellers must purchase and maintain an active weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription plan to continue listing and selling products. Subscription fees must be paid before the plan expires. If a subscription is not renewed on time, the seller account may be automatically disabled, and access to product listings, edits, and new orders may be restricted until payment is completed.

The platform also provides brand registration for verified companies. Brand status is available only to legally registered businesses that can provide official documentation and proof of legal existence. Approval for brand status is subject to verification and is not guaranteed. Brand sellers may receive additional visibility, promotional benefits, and access to advanced platform tools and features.

All sellers are responsible for ensuring that product information is accurate, clear, and not misleading. Only genuine, legal, and safe products may be listed. Sellers must manage their inventory properly, fulfill orders within committed timeframes, and maintain fair pricing practices. The sale of counterfeit, prohibited, harmful, or illegal products is strictly forbidden.

Vaiza Zone actively monitors seller activity to maintain a secure and trustworthy marketplace. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned if fraudulent activity, fake orders, customer deception, manipulation of platform systems, or policy violations are detected. Decisions related to account suspension or termination are made to protect platform integrity.

All seller subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. This applies to weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. If an account is restricted or banned due to violations of platform policies, no refund will be provided. Any unused time remaining in a subscription plan is not eligible for reimbursement.

Vaiza Zone reserves the right to remove product listings, limit account access, update subscription plans, or modify platform policies at any time to maintain service quality, platform security, and operational efficiency. Continued use of the platform as a seller indicates acceptance of this policy and any future updates.
